so here are some useful cheertips and while you red this listen to - Elastic Heart by Sia - just scroll down :
🔻Practice your stretches sitting down before you attempt them standing up
🔻Don't take such a big run up when tumbling as this will use all of your energy and power
🔻When stretching make sure to stretch both sides so you won't damage your spine
🔻When stretching keep your hips square and don't forget to breathe
🔻To achieve higher jumps do every night 50 leg lifts on each leg
🔻Don't wash your hair the night before a competition as it will be harder to deal with it
🔻Practice jumps using ankle weights so when you aren't using it your ankles will feel lighter and your jumps will go higher
